There are only nine product groups in the Shoe business

1. HOME SHOES – light all-season shoes designed for use at home (own apartment, house), with a thin sole or without it. According to the recommendations of orthopedists, home shoes have a short period of use and must be replaced every six months.

2. BEACH SHOES – light summer waterproof and non-slip shoes designed for walking on water, rocks, sand, grass.

3. SANDALS - light summer shoes consisting of a toe and heel part with straps and without a heel.

4. SANDALS - light summer shoes consisting of the toe and heel parts, with straps, with or without heels.

5. SHOES - shoes that partially cover the back of the foot, consisting of the nose and heel parts, with or without heels.

6. half-BOOTS – a type of shoes without heels, partially or completely covering the back of the foot, usually on laces, elastic bands or other fasteners, reaching to the ankle, but not covering it.

7. BOOTS - a type of Shoe that covers the ankle and ankle joint 2-10 cm above the ankle, usually without a heel.

In each of the product groups, there are an infinite number of subgroups – Shoe models. The model (the author's design based on basic styles) is the development of specific details of the top of the product based on the style, including:

number, configuration, and location of parts;

features of the upper, sole and lining material;

the presence and nature of accessories or decorations and other additional characteristics added to the basic style.

Each model has its own design (pattern), made on the basis of the basic pattern (base) of the style.
